The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Removing Vehicles From Roads, Residential Zones, Traffic Zones Located In The Białystok County And Storing Them In A Guarded Parking Lot In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws 2024.1251, Consolidated Text), Hereinafter Referred To As The Prd Act.1. The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Scope Of: Part I - Vehicles Not Carrying Hazardous Materials 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) In The Case Of Vehicles Not Carrying Hazardous Materials: Services Of Removing Vehicles And Storing Them In A Guarded Parking Lot In Accordance With Article 130A Of The Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 22, 2011 On The Removal Of Vehicles The Use Of Which May Threaten The Safety Or Order Of Road Traffic Or Hindering Rescue Operations (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 2285, As Amended). B) In The Case Of Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Materials: Vehicle Removal Services And Their Storage In A Guarded Parking Lot In Accordance With Art. 130A Of The Act And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 22, 2011 On The Removal Of Vehicles The Use Of Which May Threaten The Safety Or Order Of Road Traffic Or Impede Rescue Operations (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 2285, As Amended). The Scope Of The Contract Is Indicated In Chapter Iii Of The Swz. The Expected Quantities Of Services Under The Contract In Part I Are Presented Tables Included In Swz.
