Part 1 Of The Order Includes: - Delivery Of 3 Quad Vehicles, Including: • 1 Quad Utv (With A Cabin) And With A High-Pressure Water And Foam Unit, A Trailer And A Water Tank Installed • 1 Quad Utv (With A Cabin) • 1 Quad Atv (Without A Cabin) Delivery Of A High-Pressure Water And Foam Unit - 1 Piece. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Accept The Vehicles Included In The Subject Of The Order Before Accepting Them. The Right To Check The Actual Technical Condition, Equipment And Data Of The Vehicle With The Condition Declared In The Offer By The Contractor. If The Offered Vehicles Do Not Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party And Declared By The Contractor, It Will Result, At The Ordering Partys Discretion, In A Request To Present Another Vehicle Meeting The Criteria Or Withdrawal From The Contract And Charging Contractual Penalties.
