Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Microsurgical Neurosurgical Instruments

1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Neurosurgical Micro-Instruments, Including A Set Of Specialized Tools For Microsurgical Procedures In The Field Of Neurosurgery, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Offered Instruments Must Be Brand New, Complete, Intended For Precise Neurosurgical Procedures, Made Of Materials Approved For Contact With Human Tissues And Compatible With Standard Sterilization Methods Used In The Operating Theater Of The Specialist Municipal Hospital. M. Kopernika In Toruń. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Full Service Including: Transport, Delivery, Bringing And Handing Over To The Ordering Party A Complete Set Of Micro-Instruments. After Delivering The Equipment, The Contractor Will Conduct A Functional Presentation Of The Delivered Tools And Confirm Their Compliance With The Technical Requirements. The Contractor Will Also Provide Training For Medical Staff In The Proper Operation, Maintenance And Safe Use Of The Instruments. Moreover, The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service During The Warranty Period.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Also Constitutes An Assortment And Price Form. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Regulation Eu 2017/745 On Medical Devices.
