Warranty and Support Warranty: Minimum 1 year (parts and labor) After-Sales Service: Supplier must indicate availability of local maintenance and spare parts 4- Timeline/Delivery The machine should be delivered and installed 2 weeks after signature of contract 5- Requirements & conditions The supplier shall provide FTL with a signed and stamped (when available) quotation that would include, whenever applicable: o a picture of each item. o Brand (if applicable) o Datasheet of the requested items (if applicable) o The warranty terms in the quotation (if applicable) o The certificate of origin (if applicable) o Delivery terms. The supplier shall send a sample of the requested items prior to final confirmation, when applicable. The supplier shall deliver and install all or some of the items at Ain Ata.
