As Part Of The Proposal, It Is A Two-Storey Above-Ground L-Shaped Building With A Basic Dimension Of 26.25 M × 11.75 M (And 15.00 M) And A Height Of 10.955 M. It Includes Access - Mobile Communication Areas That Will Be Connected To Existing Road Surfaces, As Well As New Water Connections And New Sewage Sewer Connections, New Storm Sewer Pipes, A Storage Tank For Rainwater Water And An Underground Rainwater Absorption Facility, A Drainless Sump For Possible Polluted Water Drippings From The Garage, New Heating, Air Conditioning, Medical Technical Installation, High-Current Electrical Engineering.
