For Each Specific Position, The Participants Should Perform The Following Activities: - Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase By Relevant Parts, According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Current Sub-Normative Regulation, Specified In The Technical Specification To This Documentation. The Working Project Will Be Developed Based On The Technical Specifications. The Investment Project Must Be Developed In Terms Of Parking And Landscaping, Geodesy, Building Structures, Roads, Electricity, Water Supply, Fire Safety, Safety And Health Plan, Construction Waste Management Plan And Accounting Documentation. - Activity Ii. Implementation Of Smr On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Work Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Laws, Rules, Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria At The Moment, Regarding The Implementation Of Objects And Works Of Such A Nature, According To The Technical Specifications. - Activity Iii. Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction Within The Scope According To Art. 162 Of The Zut And On The Parts Of The Investment Project Specified In Activity I. The Objects For Which The Activities Are To Be Carried Out Have A Built-Up Area As Follows: Square 85 - 1,457.00 Square Meters, Square 125 - 2,795.00 Square Meters And Square 132 - 4,587.00 Square Meters.
