The Object Of The Framework Agreement Does Not Specify In A Closed Form All The Services Susceptible Of Future Contracting, Individually Considered, But Rather That Delimits In An Open But Sufficient Way, The Characteristics Of The Services To Be Contracted, Bearing In Mind That The Framework Agreement Is A Contractual Commitment Open Conditions And Criteria For Approval And Based Contracting Will Be Fixed In This Set Of Administrative Clauses. The Conditions For The Provision Of The Service Will Be Those Specified In The Set Of Technical Prescriptions.
