Description Of The Subject Of The Order 1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Sale And Delivery Of Equipment For The Zsp Workshop In Ornontowice, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled: Vocational Mikołowski - Vocational Education In The Transformation Process In Mikołowski County. The Project Is Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Silesia Program For 2021-2027, Priority Fesl.10.00 - European Funds For Transformation, Action: Fesl.10.23 - Vocational Education In The Process Of Just Transformation Of The Region.1.2 The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into 3 Tasks: 1.2.1 Task 1: Sale And Delivery Of A Stand For Testing Electro-Pneumatic Systems A. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Following Equipment: 1) A Stand For Testing Electro-Pneumatic Systems - 1 Set One Set Consists Of: - Minimum 1 Piece - Mobile Laboratory Table - Minimum 1 Piece - Set For Learning The Basics Of Pneumatics - Minimum 1 Piece - Set For Learning The Basics Of Electropneumatics - Minimum 1 Piece - Set Of Electrical Cables - Minimum 1 Piece - Power Supply - Minimum Simulation Software With A License Manager - Access In The Form Of A Minimum 1-Year Subscription To The Digital Educational Portal A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Task 1 Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz.B. It Is The Contractors Obligation To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (For Task 1, Its Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope Of Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From The Applicable Legal Provisions. D. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legal, Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All The Assumptions Specified In The Specification. Licensed Exclusively To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Requested Service Modes. E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics, Mechanical Elements, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period Warranty Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
