It Is The Contractors Obligation To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (For Task 1, Its Unloading, Assembly And Commissioning. C. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Entire Scope Of Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From The Applicable Legal Provisions. D.
