Tenders Are Invited For Removing Vehicles From The Road And Maintaining A Guarded Parking Lot For Removed Vehicles

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Removing Vehicles From The Road And Maintaining A Guarded Parking Lot For Vehicles Removed Pursuant To Art. 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text - Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), Whereby: 1) The Service Will Be Provided 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week And Will Consist In Towing And Storing Vehicles Removed From The Road Pursuant To Art. 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law. The Scope Of Basic Activities Included In The Transport Service (Regardless Of Weather Conditions, Time Of Day Or Night, And Difficulties Resulting From Terrain, Development Conditions, Etc.) Includes: A) Accepting An Order For The Arrival Of A Towing Vehicle, B) Travel To The Location Indicated By The Authorized Person Issuing The Instruction To Remove The Vehicle From The Vehicles Location Within A Maximum Of 90 Minutes. (Note: Travel Time To The Site Of The Event Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers); C) Preparation Of The Vehicle Or Vehicles And Its Components For Loading (All Works Related To The Preparation Of The Vehicle For Transport), D) Loading Of The Vehicle (Parts Of The Vehicle) Onto The Towing Set, E) Travel With The Transported Vehicle To The Parking Lot, F) Unloading And Parking The Vehicle In The Parking Lot, G) Storing Vehicle Equipment, Parts Or Other Elements Of The Secured Vehicle That Have Been Separated From The Vehicle And Could Be Destroyed Or Damaged In A Secured Room Loss In The Place Where Vehicles Are Stored, H) Handing Over The Vehicle To The Person Authorized To Collect It, I.E. The Person Indicated In The Permit Issued By The Entity That Issued The Instruction To Remove The Vehicle Or To The Owner (Holder) Of The Vehicle Indicated In The Registration Certificate (Temporary Permit) Or In The Receipt For The Retained Registration Certificate (Temporary Permit). It Is Stipulated, However, That The Vehicle May Only Be Handed Over To The Person Authorized To Collect It If: - The Contractor Is Presented With A Permit To Collect The Vehicle Issued By The Entity That Issued The Order To Remove The Vehicle - If Required. To Tow Vehicles, Specialist Equipment Intended For This Type Of Tasks, Such As A Tow Truck, Should Be Used In A Number That Ensures The Possibility Of Efficient And Continuous Towing Of The Vehicle From Any Place In The Słubice Poviat As Quickly As Possible. 2) Vehicles Should Be Stored Take Place In A Guarded Parking Lot Owned By The Contractor, Located In The Słubice Poviat. General Conditions For A Guarded Parking Lot: A Hardened Property, Permanently Fenced, Lit, Supervised 24 Hours A Day, Equipped With Fire-Fighting Equipment, Locked In A Way That Prevents The Entry And Exit Of A Means Of Transport Without The Permission Of The Supervisor, Whose Parameters And Equipment Will Enable The Storage Of All Items Successively Removed Pursuant To Art. 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, R
