1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Project In The Field Of Non-Motorized Individual Transport On District Roads In The Design And Build Mode.2. The Order Is Divided Into Two (2) Parts. Part No. 1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works And The Development Of Design Documentation (Design And Build Formula) For The Task Entitled: Investment In The Field Of Non-Motorized Individual Transport On The District Road No. 3307E - Ul. Kolejowa In Konstantynów Łódzki. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Bicycle Path, A Pedestrian Path And A Path For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The District Road No. 3307E (Class Z Road) - Ul. Kolejowa In Konstantynów Łódzki On A Section With A Total Length Of Approx. 1.1 Km. The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works: Design And Construction Of A One-Sided Bicycle Path 2.5 M Wide With A Gauge Of 0.75 M, A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles 3.0 M Wide With A Gauge Of 0.75 M And A Pedestrian Road 1.8 M Wide With A Gauge Of 0.5 M. The Pedestrian Path Should Be Made Of 25X25cm Concrete Slabs, The Bicycle Path And The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Should Be Made Of Bituminous Surface. As Part Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Design And Construct Behaton Concrete Block Exits/Accesses To All Plots Bordering The Investment, And, To The Extent Necessary, To Design And Rebuild Drainage By Reprofiling Ditches, Building Road Culverts And Sidewalk Sewage. Cycling, Pedestrian And Walking/Cycling Infrastructure Should Be Designed And Constructed Taking Into Account The Needs Of People With Various Types Of Disabilities, Including Those With Limited Mobility And Visual Impairment (Including Lowering Curbs At Bicycle Crossings And Pedestrian Crossings, Guidance Lines For The Blind And Visually Impaired At Pedestrian Crossings, Grooved/Directional Indicator Plates At Pedestrian Crossings And Bus Stops). 3.
