1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Roof Of The Building Complex No. 14 On The Premises Of The Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute Of Organic Industry In Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes: • Replacement Of The Existing Roof Covering Together With The Implementation Of New Sheet Metal Work, • Renovation Of Concrete Elements Of The Roof (Roof Cornices, Etc.), • Replacement Of The Roof Drainage System, • Repair And Processing Of Chimneys, Chimneys To Be Rebuilt With Caps, • Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, • Construction And Installation Of New Technical Ladders. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb) And The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To This Swz.
