Magazynowa 14, On Plot Number 1761/3 Within The Land Of The Commune Of The City Of Zambrów, Together With Landscaping Together With The Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, In Accordance With The Building Demolition Project Containing A Sketch Of The Location Of The Building, Descriptions Of The Scope And Method Of Carrying Out The Works. Demolition Works And How To Ensure The Safety Of People And Property And In Accordance With The Decision On The Demolition Permit Of July 9, 2025 Issued By The Starosta Of Zambrów.3. The Building Intended For Demolition Is A Workshop Building Located In An Area Separated From The Pks Zambrów Base, Which Was Used By Pks Zambrów To Repair Motor Vehicles. Building Figures: Building Area: 359 M2, Usable Area: 298 M2, Volume: 1833 M3, Height: 4.0 M (Eaves) - 6.0 M (Ridge). It Is A Single-Story Building Without A Basement, Built Using Traditional Technology, Including: Brick Walls Made Of Ceramic Bricks And Aerated Concrete Blocks, Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Ceiling, Window And Door Lintels - Monolithic Reinforced Concrete, Gable Roof Covered With Corrugated Asbestos Boards, On A Wooden Truss And Other Elements Described In Detail In The Building Demolition Project.4.
