The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Purchase Of Liquid Fuels And Gaseous Fuel In A Cashless System Based On Fleet Cards For Vehicles And Devices Of Organizational Units Of The Olsztyn Poviat And Poviat Legal Persons, In 2026.2. The Contractor Will Ensure The Possibility Of Refueling At Gas Stations 7 Days A Week.3. Each Time The Purchase Of Fuel Is Deemed To Be The Filling Of Fuel At The Contractors Gas Station Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles, Motor-Driven Devices And Canisters.4. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Make Non-Cash, Successive Purchases Of Fuels, I.E.: 1) Diesel Oil, 2) Unleaded Petrol Pb-95, 3) Lpg Gas.5. The Expected Amount Of Fuel That Will Be Purchased Within The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: 1) Diesel Oil - 151,737 Liters, 2) Unleaded Petrol Pb-95 - 20,381 Liters, 3) Lpg Gas - 8,600 Liters.6. The Quantities Given In Section 5 Are Estimated Quantities. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Will Result From The Current Needs Of Each Ordering Party During The Contract Implementation Period, And The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Level Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is 70% Of The Gross Contractual Remuneration. 7.
