1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Removal Of Furniture And Other Movable Property As Well As Unusual Waste (Including Rubble, Soil, Etc.) From Premises Managed By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Krakow. The Subject Order Includes Removing All Items From The Premises And The Basement Attached To The Premises, Loading Them Into A Car, Transporting And Unloading Them And Placing Them In A Deposit, At A Recovery, Disposal Or Recycling Site Or Another Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Order The Removal Of Waste And Unusual Items (Rubble, Ceramic Elements, Scrap, Elements Of Wood, Plastics, Glass, Roofing Felt, Insulating Materials, Soil, Furniture, Etc.) Collected In Other Parts Of The Buildings, I.E. Attics, Basement Corridors, Etc., As Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport The Items And Waste To The Place Of Recovery, Disposal, Recycling.
