The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Three Drinking Water Tankers With The Following Parameters: 1) Capacity Min. 5000 L;2) Tank Cross-Section: Elliptical, Round Or Oval;3) Braking System: Pneumatic, Hydraulic Or Overrun (Depending On Gvm). Must Comply With Road Traffic Regulations. Service Brake And Handbrake Required;4) Lighting: Electrical And Lighting Installation, Preferably Led (In Accordance With Road Regulations);5) Access To The Tank: Upper Hatch And Rear Hatch Min. Ø 400 Mm, Ladder;6) Hygienic Certificate Of The National Institute Of Hygiene Or Equivalent;7) Trailer: One Or Two Axles: Must Have A Set Of Documents For Registration (Homologation), Enabling Movement On Public Roads;8) Material: Stainless Steel (Acid-Resistant) Or In The Case Of Carbon Steel, An Approved Internal Coating (E.G. Zinc) Approved For Contact With Drinking Water Must Be Used;9) The Structure Must Be Enable Easy Cleaning And Disinfection (Upper Hatch, Optional Cip Cleaning System);10) The Tanker Must Be Equipped With Hygienic Points (Draw-Off Valves) For Water Intake By The Public (Ball Valves >4), It Must Have A Tight Filling Filler (Ended With A Firemans Connector, E.G. Storz 52);11) The Upper Hatch Must Have A Permanent And Tight Closure (With A Padlock Or Key) To Protect Against Contamination; 12) Marking: Mandatory Permanent Inscription Drinking Water (Possible As An Additional Pictogram With The Marking Drinking Water) On Both Sides Of The Tank;13) Water Tankers Must Have The Ce Declaration Of Conformity.2. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Specify The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Code Of The Offered Barrel Tankers In The Offer Form.4. Guarantee And Warranty:1) Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, Minimum 24 Months - Should Be Indicated In The Offer Form.2) The Scope Of Warranty Rights Is Regulated By The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 5. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order. Only Such Changes In Materials Are Allowed That Are Within The Scope Of The Included Construction, Technological And Technical Solutions.
