The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including: On Disinfestation, Disinfection And Rodent Control In Buildings And Premises Managed By The Municipal Buildings Authority In Krakow. The Order Includes The Use Of Appropriate Measures And Preparations To Effectively Remove Insects, Insects, Rodents From Buildings Or Their Parts, Disinfection Of Rooms (E.G. After A Death In The Premises), Removal Of Organic Pollutants (Including Blood, Urine, Feces, Tissues), Ozonation, Deodorization, Elimination Of Insect Nests (Wasps, Hornets) And Removal Dead Animals, As Well As The Removal Of Animal Excrement From Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Empty Buildings, Attics And Others) And Disinfection Of These Rooms. The Above-Mentioned Services Will Be Performed Each Time At The Request Of The Ordering Party (Appendix 1 - Order Template). Additionally, In The Period From The Date Of Validity Of The Contract To March 15, 2026 And From October 15, 2026 To December 31, 2026, In Accordance With Resolution No. Lxxxiii/2359/22 Of The Krakow City Council Of April 27, 2022 On The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Area Of The Municipality Of Krakow, Periodic Pest Control Of Real Estate Managed By The Ordering Party. The List Of Properties That Will Be Subject To Rodent Control Will Be Provided To The Contractor Together With A Written Order Prepared By The Property Administrators At Least 7 Days Before The Date Of Its Implementation. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Select The Best Methods Of Operation In Terms Of Effectiveness And Safety, - Use By The Contractor Agents Approved For Use, I.E. Approved By The Ministry Of Health And Social Welfare And Certified By The National Institute Of Hygiene, - Appropriate Marking Of Places Where The Service Covered By This Document Will Be Performed. Agreement, In The Case Of Periodic Rodent Control, It Is Necessary To Put The Date On The Rodent Feeder (Month And Year) Of The Service And Information About The Imminent Danger Of Poisoning People And Animals, - In The Case Of Rodent Control: A) Use Only Rodent Feeders (Prohibition On Spreading Poison), Which Should Be Permanently Attached To The Ground So That They Cannot Be Moved Or Stolen, B) Place The Preparations In A Way And In A Place So That Access To Them Is Limited For Children, And Animals, I.E. Cats, Dogs, C) The Contractor Ensures The Removal Of Dead Rodents Along With The Remains Of Poisons And Their Neutralization By Entrepreneurs Conducting Business In This Field, I.E. After Performing The Service, The Effects Of The Measures And Preparations Used Should Be Removed In Order To Leave The Places Covered By The Service In Proper Condition, And The Removal And Disposal Of Dead Animals In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard.
