The Landfill Is Equipped With: 1) A Scale With A Valid Legalization Certificate, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Its Validity Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; 2) A System For Recording Received Waste, Specifying The Sort And Weight Of The Transferred Waste. 3) The Access To The Place Of Acceptance And The Waste Unloading Area Should Be Hardened So That The Ordering Partys Vehicles Can Be Unloaded Regardless Of Weather Conditions. 4) The Unloading Place Should Be Properly Secured Against Access By Unauthorized Persons. Ii. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Landfill Must Be Available To The Ordering Party On Weekdays From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.
