The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A 24-Hour Emergency Service: 1) In Properties Whose Address List Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz; 2) To The Extent Borne By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. The Act Of June 21, 2001 On The Protection Of Tenants Rights And Housing Resources Of The Commune And Amending The Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1071, 1172, 1508). 2.1. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Related To The Coordination Of The Provision Of Services Under An Employment Contract. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others: Natural Persons Running A Business, Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership, To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform Services For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor.
