Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Two Pumping Units With The Following Parameters: Pumping Unit With An Internal Combustion Engine With A Capacity Of 200 M3/H - 2 Pcs. - Minimum Capacity: 200 M3/H, - Lifting Height: Up To 40 M, - Suction Manifold With Fire-Fighting Attachments 110 With Covers In The Number Adjusted To The Pump Operating Parameters, - Discharge Manifold With Fire-Fighting Nozzles 110 With Covers In The Number Adjusted To The Pumps Operating Parameters, - Valves Enabling Easy Drainage Of The Pump, - Engine With A Power Guaranteeing The Required Efficiency, - The Transport Trailer Should Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Taking Into Account The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law, - Cnbop Approval Certificate. The Contractor Will Enter The Name Of The Model And Manufacturer Of The Offered Equipment In The Price Calculation, Constituting Attachment. No. 1 To The Swz And Will Attach To The Offer The Technical Specification Of The Offered Equipment. The Content Of The Attached Documents Must Clearly Indicate What Product Is Offered, And The Ordering Party Must Be Able To Verify Whether It Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Using Its Own Transport And At Its Own Expense To The Place In The Siewierz Commune, Indicated By The Ordering Party. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Indicate To The Contractor The Place Of Delivery Of The Equipment.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Cooperate With The Ordering Party In Order To Coordinate The Proper Course Of Delivery And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines. 5. Payment Terms: The Contractors Invoices For Completed Deliveries Will Be Paid Once, By Transfer To The Contractors Account, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Invoice By The Ordering Party. The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Is The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Of The Complete Subject Of The Order Signed By The Representative Of The Ordering Party. 6. Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Warranty For The Offered Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months. The Contractor May Provide A Longer Warranty, In Accordance With Chapter Xx Of The Swz. The Guarantee Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers And Is Scored In Accordance With Chapter Xx Of The Swz.7. For The Implementation Of The Order, The Ordering Party Obtained Funding Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Task Name: Retrofitting Volunteer Fire Department Units With Equipment Necessary For Activities Related To Civil Protection.
