Tenders Are Invited For Providing Care Services For People Living In The Łochów Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.

Care Services Will Consist In Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment For People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Specified In Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), I.E. For People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require Partial Care And Assistance In Meeting The Necessary Life Needs From Other People, And Are Deprived Of This Assistance Or This Assistance Is Insufficient. 2. Care Services Will Be Provided In The Place Of Residence Of The Recipients In Approx. Environments. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services During The Order Period Is Approximately 6,000 Hours. The Monthly Number Of Services Will Be Approximately 500 Hours. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Without Incurring Any Consequences, Including Financial Ones. The Number Of Environments And The Number Of Hours May Be Reduced To 30% Or Increased To 19%. By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Declares That He Acknowledges That He Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Environments And The Number Of Hours. 4.
