1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Hotel Services In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2028 In Gdańsk For The Needs Of The University Clinical Center, Consisting In Providing Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party With Accommodation In One Facility In Single, Double Or Triple Rooms, With The Following Standard: • Sanitary Facilities In Each Room, • Single Beds With A Mattress Of Min. 90 Cm. Width, • Room Size Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Beds, • Tv In Each Room, • Internet Access, • Free Parking, • Daily Cleaning Of Rooms, • Meal In The Form Of Soup And Main Course. 2. Planned Number Of Overnight Stays In One Day: - On Working Days - 15 Places Available Permanently And 8 Beds Available Depending On The Reservations Made By The Ordering Party And 2 Beds Available Depending On The Reservations Made By The Ordering Party In The Event Of A Free Place In The Hotel. A Total Of Max 25 Places On A Weekday. On Non-Working Days, 5 Places Depending On The Reservation.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make An On-Site Inspection To Confirm Whether The Hotel Meets All The Ordering Partys Requirements.4. Planned Number Of Person-Days 20,500.
