Providing Care Services For Homeless Animals - Dogs, In Particular: 1) Catching Homeless Dogs From The Hażlach Commune, Transporting Them, Admitting Them To An Animal Shelter, Feeding, Veterinary Treatment, Electronic Tagging - 10 Dogs, 2) Carrying Out Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Dogs Staying In The Shelter For More Than 14 Days Only By A Veterinarian - 10 Dogs, 3) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Incidents Road Accidents Involving Injured Dogs – 3 Dogs. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Using Specialized Transport Vehicles And Specialized Equipment For Catching Animals, With Appropriate Certificates. The Service Should Be Performed Immediately - No Later Than Within 3 Hours, And In The Case Of Injured Animals (Including As A Result Of Road Accidents), Sick Or Posing A Threat To Public Safety Due To Aggressiveness, Immediately - I.E. Within 1 (One) Hour Of Each Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Hażlach Commune Office, 4) Putting Down Blind Litters Of Dogs From The Hażlach Commune - 1 Litter. As Part Of The Services, The Contractor Undertakes To Collect Blind Litters And Euthanize Them By A Veterinarian In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Separate Regulations. The Service Should Be Performed No Later Than Within 3 Hours Of Each Notification By The Police Or An Employee Of The Hażlach Commune Office, 5) Providing Homeless Dogs With A Place In A Shelter, 6) Keeping Records Of Dogs Admitted To The Shelter From The Hażlach Commune, 7) Conducting Activities To Search For People Interested In Adoption, Including Regularly Posting On The Website Information About Caught Animals (Homeless Or Adoptable) Along With Documentation Photographic
