The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Funeral Services For Deceased Persons For Whom The Social Welfare Center Of The Praga-Południe District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Is Obliged To Arrange A Funeral Pursuant To Art. 17 Section 1 Point 15 And Art. 44 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Resolution No. Lx/1840/2009 Of The Warsaw City Council Of August 27, 2009 On The Principles Of Conducting Funerals And Reimbursement Of Funeral Costs Carried Out By The Capital City. Warsaw (Journal Of Laws Of The Masovian Voivodeship No. 143, Item 4339, As Amended). The Services Concern The Burial Of People, Which Will Be Provided In A Traditional Form (Burial In A Coffin) Or In The Form Of Cremation (Urn Burial).
