The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Notarial Services Consisting In The Preparation Of Notarial Deeds Regarding The Purchase By The State Treasury Pursuant To: A) Art. 17 - 21 Of The Act Of May 9, 2025 Amending The Act On Special Solutions Related To Removing The Effects Of Floods And Certain Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 680), B) Art. 258A Of The Water Law Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 960), Real Estate Located In Areas Of Particular Flood Risk, Where The Probability Of Flood Occurrence Is High And Amounts To At Least 10%. 2. The Properties Constituting The Subject Of The Notarial Service Are Located In The Area Of Operation Of The State Water Farm Wody Polskie Of The Regional Water Management Board In Wrocław, I.E. A) The Number Of Properties With A Preliminary Estimated Value Below Pln 1 Million: 84 Pcs. B) The Number Of Properties With A Preliminary Estimated Value Between Pln 1 And 2 Million: 25 Pcs. C) The Number Of Properties With A Preliminary Estimated Value Above Pln 2 Million: 4 Pcs. 3. Notarial Activities Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Polish Law, Including The Act Of February 14, 1991 On Notarial Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Justice Of June 28, 2004 On The Maximum Rates Of Notarial Fees. 4. The Place Of Provision Of Services Is The City Of Kłodzko, At The Headquarters Of The Notarys Office. 5. The Contractor Will Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, If This Is Justified By The Nature Of This Activity Or Special Circumstances, In Accordance With Art. 3 § 2 Of The Act Of February 14, 1991, Law On Notaries. 6. The Contractor, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of December 11, 2003 On Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance For Notaries, Is Obliged To Have A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Policy For Damages That May Arise In Connection With The Performance Of Notarial Services During The Duration Of The Contract.
