1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Veterinary Waste From Diagnosis At The Veterinary Hygiene Institute In Kraków, U. Brodowicza 13B, Marked With The Following Codes According To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10): A) 020180 (Animals Dead And Slaughtered Out Of Necessity And Waste Animal Tissue Indicating Hazardous Properties), B) 020181 (Dead Animals And Waste Animal Tissue Constituting Specific And High-Risk Material Other Than Those Mentioned In 020180), C) 180205 (Chemicals, Including Chemical Reagents, Containing Dangerous Substances), D) 180202 (Other Waste That Contains Live Microorganisms Pathogens Or Their Toxins And Other Forms Capable Of Transferring Genetic Material Known Or Reliably Believed To Cause Diseases In Humans And Animals), In A Maximum Quantity: 26,000 Kg.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Waste Collection Service No Less Than Three Times A Week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) During The Ordering Partys Working Hours, I.E. 6:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., And, If Necessary, At The Ordering Partys Request After Prior Arrangement Of The Service Date By Telephone. If The Collection Days Are Public Holidays, Waste Will Be Collected On The First Business Day. 6. The Contractor Provides The Necessary Materials And Equipment To Perform The Service Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Medical Waste. Waste Collection Will Take Place Using The Contractors Cars, Which Meet Sanitary Conditions For The Transport Of Hazardous Waste.3.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Opz And Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Contractual Provisions.
