The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) Medical Equipment Is Approved For Trade And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Medical Choices Act. 2) The Delivered Medical Devices Were Approved For Use In Air Transport.3) The Medical Devices Could Be Mounted In A Certified Wall Mount Mounted In The Medical Cabin Of The Ec 135 Helicopter (P2, P2+,P3).4) The Delivered Medical Devices Were Brand New And Had At Least A 24-Month Warranty Period Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol For The Medical Devices Without Any Reservations.5) The Contractor Provided Instructions For Medical Devices In A Paper Version And Electronic In Accordance With Opz.6) Authorized Service Was Provided In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz - Required Parameters Form), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Which Constitutes Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
