The Offered Device Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of May 20, 2010. On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And Have A Declaration Of Conformity With The Pn-En 1789 Standard Or Equivalent, Confirming The Possibility Of Transporting And Operating The Devices In A Medical Ambulance, Specifying At Least Method Of Mounting The Defibrillator And Conditions Of Its Charging.3. The Device Offered Must Be Brand New (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2025).
