Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) To The Facilities Of The Provincial Addiction And Co-Dependency Therapy Center In Toruń In 2026-2027

The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas Of Group E (High-Methane) For The Needs Of The Provincial Center For Addiction And Co-Dependency Therapy In Toruń With A Total Forecast Estimated Volume Of 639,912.00 Kwh. By Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel, The Ordering Party Understands The Simultaneous Provision Of Gas Fuel And Distribution Services. The Projected Consumption Of Natural Gas Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Gas Consumed During The Contract Period. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Gas Will Not Cause Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Gas Recipients), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Gas And Transmission Services For An Amount Not Higher Than The Price In The Offer. In Terms Of Limiting The Quantity Of Purchased Fuel, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Option, Implemented On The Terms Set Out In Chapter V.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Annex No. 1, Which Includes The Locations Of Delivery Of Gaseous Fuel. The Contractor Of The Works Must Ensure Their Compliance With Polish Law, In Particular With Technical And Construction Regulations, Regulations Regarding Products And Materials Used In Construction. 5. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2012, No. 1059) And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2012, No. 1190). 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Procedure For Changing The Supplier Of Gaseous Fuels, In Accordance With The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd) Regarding The Provision And Use Of Distribution Services Gas Fuel. The Contractor With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded, In Accordance With Art. 4 Of The Energy Law Will Inform The Current Transmission System Operator And The Distribution System Operator No Later Than 21 Days Before The Commencement Of The Order About Concluding A Comprehensive Agreement With The New Seller.7.
