A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet Are Included In The Technical Specification Constituting Annex A To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.3. It Is Allowed To Offer (Supply) Power Generators With Various Technical Parameters, Provided That The Power Cannot Be Lower Than 10 Kw And Higher Than 18 Kw. 4. Ordering Partys Requirements:1) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete (Having All Accessories Necessary For Its Use), Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Meeting Applicable Quality And Safety Standards;2) All Elements Must Be Packed In A Way That Enables Their Safe Transport And Storage;3) The Subject Of The Order Must Have Approvals, Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity (If Required);4) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Together With Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation The Offered Equipment In Polish And Documents Specifying The Rules For The Provision Of Services By The Authorized Service During The Warranty And Post-Warranty Period;5) Delivery At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The Kruszwica Commune);6) Required Warranty: Min. 12 Months, Max. 36 Months - Depending On The Period Declared In The Offer, From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol.
