The Purpose Of This Consultation Is: A. A Firm Tranche: The Firm Tranche Of The Public Service Concession Concerns The Upgrading, Operation, Maintenance And Marketing Of The Ftto Network Returned To Operation To The Concessionaire, Including The Resumption Of Operation Of The Conduits Of The Caen La Mer Urban Community.
