Construction Management Services - Project Management Entitled: Reconstruction Of Provincial Road No. 163 On The Połczyn-Zdrój-Czaplinek Section - Stage Iii. 1. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Performing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Actions Aimed At Timely Completion Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 17 Supervisions And 70 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And D Draft Contract. 2. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes The Reconstruction Of Ul. Wałecka In Czaplinek (From The Intersection With Czarnkowski Street To The Railway Crossing) Along The Provincial Road No. 163. Section Gh, Beginning At Km 93+744.00, Ending At Km 96+056.55. The Length Of The Section To Be Reconstructed Is Approximately 2.31 Km. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Removal Of Trees And Bushes Colliding With The Investment, 2) Demolition And Preparatory Works, 3) Adjustment Of Roadsides, 4) Construction Of The Road Structure, 5) Correction Of Curves To Take Into Account Improved Traffic Flow And Visibility, 6) Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems, 7) Reconstruction Of Intersections, Exits, Road Inclusions, 8) Reconstruction Of Sidewalks And Routes Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, 9) Reconstruction Of Existing Bus And Parking Bays, 10) Reconstruction Of Existing Roadside Ditches, 11) Reconstruction, Construction Of Culverts Under Exits And Under The Road, 12) Introduction Of New Vertical And Horizontal Road Markings Along With The Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Elements, 13) Installation Of Traffic Lights, 14) Installation Of Temporary And Permanent Protective And Guiding Fences For Amphibians.
