The Offer Includes The Following Non-Exhaustive List Of Services: Cadastral Works: Subdivision, Transfer Of Land, Amalgamation, Separation And Closure Of Public Roads, Recording, Closure And Conversion Of Private Public Roads, Expropriation And Demarcation. Land Registration: Land Registration Of New Easements, Cancellation Of Existing Easements, Deeds, Search For Content In The Land Register And Interpretation And Advice (Easement Statement). Advice And Law: Rules And Legislation For Properties, Development Opportunities, Physical Planning And Road Law. Technical Surveying: Surveying And 3D Scanning Of Buildings, Surveying And 3D Scanning Of Roads And Facilities, Mapping With E.G. Drones And Sales, Surveying And/Or Supervision Of Construction Sites. Expropriation: Review Of Expropriation Material, Preparation Of Document Packages, Participation In Pre-Meetings, Holding Of Crime Scene Investigation, Preparation Of White Paper, Proposal For Compensation, Help In Preparing A Response To The Valuation Commission And Holding Of Valuation Business. The Tender Also Includes A Specific Project Regarding Legalization Of Allotment Gardens, Where Surveying And/Or Cadastral Regulation Must Be Carried Out For A Number Of Allotment Garden Associations In The Municipality Of Copenhagen From 2026 To 2030. However, The Client Does Not Guarantee That The Project Will Be Started Or Completed Within The Term Of The Framework Agreement, But Prices Will Still Be Requested In The Event That The Project Is Initiated.
