The Day Clinics Daily Trips Primarily Include The Transport Of Patients From Their Place Of Residence To The Day Clinic And Back To Their Home Environment. The People To Be Transported Are Collected Or Returned One After The Other. The Distance Stated In The Price Sheet Refers To The Route From One Person To Be Transported To The Next Person To Be Collected Or Returned And - For Journeys To The Day Clinic - The Route From The Last Person Collected To The Day Clinic Or - For Journeys Back To The Home Environment - The Route From The Day Clinic To The Home Environment Of The Person To Be Returned First. The Patients Are Transported Exclusively In A Sitting Position. Lying Transport Is Generally Not Necessary. Nevertheless, Aids May Need To Be Transported. A Day Guest Should Generally Not Spend More Than 45 Minutes In The Vehicle. The Transport Service Is Usually Billed Independently By The Contractor With The Statutory Health Insurance Company Of The Person To Be Transported. Earliest Pickup Date (Day Clinic) 3:30 P.M. Latest Pickup Date (Day Clinic) 3:45 P.M. Deviating Travel Times Are Not Excluded; Changes/Additions Are Reserved And Will Be Announced To The Contractor In Good Time. There Are A Maximum Of 25 Patients On Trips For The Day Clinic
