Data-Communications Equipment – Integrated Operational Monitoring Computer System Financed From Capital Contribution. The Object Of The Contract To Be Awarded Consists In The Provision And Provision Of Services For The Development And Implementation Of An Integrated Operational Monitoring Computer System Which Will Be Able To Ensure The Long-Term General Sustainability Of The Company In Terms Of The Availability And Mobility Of Personnel, From The Perspective Of Ensuring Logistic Support And Implicitly In Terms Of Costs, During The Agreed Period And In Accordance With The Obligations Assumed By The Contract, With The Following Main Components: 1. The Gis Component, Which Will Allow The Management And Analysis Of Data Spatial Systems That Concern The Entire Water Production Infrastructure And Water Networks (Intakes, Adductions, Transport Networks, Etc.) 2. Scada Component - Modernization And Improvement Of The System 3. Iot And Digitization Integrated It System Component A Smart Measurement Component, Consisting Of A Number Of New Flowmeters Equipped With Iot-Type Communication Mode, Which Will Create A Unitary Water Network Monitoring System B Digital Platform Component For Collecting Data From Flowmeters And The Management Of Information From Flowmeters (Mdc – Meter Data Collection) C The Digital Platform Component For The Storage And Analysis Of Data From Flowmeters, As Well As For The General Management Of The Flowmeter Park (Mdm – Meter Data Management) The General Objective Of The Project Is To Optimize The Operation And Monitoring Of The Infrastructure, Detection Of Losses Or Defects In Topology Or Network Execution By: - Installing An Effective Metering And Monitoring System; - The Implementation Of An Integrated It System For The Management Of Infrastructure And Water Losses, Which Offers Specific Solutions For The Management Of Water Supply And Distribution; - A System That Integrates The Existing Systems And Provides The Foundation For Further Developments, Creating The Foundation Of The Intelligent Water Network. Achieving This Objective Will Ensure The Efficiency And Sustainability Of Investments In The Water Sector And Will Allow The Acceleration Of Decisions To Improve The Quality Of The Service, Keeping The Main Parameters (Pressure, Flow, Quality) At A High Level, But Also The Customers Satisfaction Regarding The Operation. The It System Proposed To Be Acquired Will Be A Completely New Platform, Common To The Target User Groups And Activities, With A Core Of Databases And Operating Systems Compatible With The Existing Scada System, For Integration And Interoperability. It Will Be A Unitary Build, But With User Rights Structured On Distinct Custom Modules. These Modules Are Distinct, Customized, User-Group Software Applications That Allow Both Editing Of Field Data And Adding Files Such As Images, Pdfs, Or Videos To The Shared Database/Storage System, As Well As User Access To All Technical Information.
