Tenders are invited for Video Production. Deadline for submission: 8 December 2025 5:00 pm Beirut time To increase public awareness and engagement on gender-based violence (GBV) in Lebanon by producing six short, culturally relevant videos tailored to different social media platforms and audience age groups. 1. Requirements: Production of six (6) high-quality, engaging, and platform-specific short videos: 2 videos for TikTok (target: teenagers) 2 videos for Instagram (target: youth) 2 videos for Facebook (target: older audience) Production of Accessible Printed Materials on GBV: Create inclusive informational materials with visual illustrations, Braille, and QR codes linking to KAFAs resources, including the videos. 2. Scope of Work The selected freelancer/company will be responsible for: PRE-PRODUCTION Content development and creative concept for each video. Scriptwriting and storyboard for all six videos. Tailoring messaging to each platforms audience. Coordination with KAFAs communications team for content validation. PRODUCTION Filming, animation, or mixed-media production depending on the proposed concept. Casting (if needed). Voice-over, music, and sound design. POST PRODUCTION Editing, motion graphics, and subtitles (Arabic & English). First draft submission of all videos. Integration of feedback and finalizing the deliverables. DELIVRABLES Six short videos (3060 seconds each), optimized for: TikTok format Instagram Reels Facebook video format Arabic-language videos with English subtitles.
