Tenders are invited for Supplying of Office Furnitures to Hvp Gatagara Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation Hospital under a Framework Contract Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 10/12/2025 10:00 HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospitalinvites eligible bidders to submit their bids for Provision of office furnitures as indicated in detail in the Statement of Requirements. The tender document may be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) deposited to bank account No 443-2153198-11 in BPR (HVP Gatagara). The proof of payment must be presented to obtain the Tender Document. All bids will be submitted from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital not later than 10/12/2025 at 10:00 am localtime. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 10/12/2025 at 11:00 am localtime. Bidders can participate in the opening of bids.
