Location: Kigali Deadline: Tuesday, 09/12/2025 10:00 The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested, experienced and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals, for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the proposed infrastructure as detailed in the following lots: Lot 1: Data Center Network Upgrade Lot 2: Unified Observability Solution. In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all qualified suppliers to submit their Technical and Financial Proposals for the above-mentioned services, according to the terms of reference detailed in the Request for Proposal.
