Tenders are invited for construction and completion of Development of Intra-State Transmission Network for evacuation of 600 megawatts (MW) from Morena Phase-1 Solar Park and associated System Strengthening works. Development of Intra-State Transmission Network for Evacuation of 600 Megawatts (Mw) from Morena Phase-1 Solar Park and Associated System Strengthening Works on Turnkey Basis. The Project (Scope of Works) has two components: The Part A and Part B (i) Construction of 400 kV substation Sabalgarh, construction of 400 kV DCDS Transmission Line (Quad Moose ACSR) Morena Pooling 765 kV (ISTS) Sabalagarh 400 kV (New) and construction of 220 kV LILO of both Circuit of 220 kV Morena (MPPTCL) Morena (Adani) Sabalgarh 220 kV line for 400 kV S/s Sabalgarh (New) Part A (MPPTCL Component) AND (ii) Construction of 33/220 kV pooling substations at PSS-1 & PSS-2 and construction of associated 220 kV transmission lines from PSS-1 & PSS-2 to 400 kV substation Sabalgarh for evacuation of 600 MW power from Morena Phase-1 Solar Park on turnkey basis - Part B (RUMSL Component) A Pre-Bid conference will be held both in person and virtually (via Webex) at 16:00 Hours (IST) on 16 December 2025.
