Tenders are invited for Green Certification Advisory (Covering two projects: Syunik CLC (OpID 54703) and Yerevan CLC (OpID 54835)) The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD or the Bank) is considering providing financing to the Government of Armenia, represented by the Ministry of Finance (the Borrower) to establish (i) Customs and Logistics Centre near Yerevan city (the Project 1) and (ii) Customs and Logistics Centre in Syunik marz (province) (the Project 2) (collectively referred to as the Projects).
