Tenders are invited for Provision of Six (6) Time-Based Supports for TOTE Project Divided into Two (2) Lots (Lot 1: Five (5) Developers and Lot 2: One (1) Quality Assurance Engineer) Main selection and assessment criteria TECHNICAL CAPACITY CRITERIA (for LOT 1 and LOT 2) 1. The Tenderer shall demonstrate its Capacity and reliability to deliver the requested time-base support/expert by providing relevant references (minimum one) in the domain of critical, high-availability technical environments 2. The Tenderer shall confirm the availability of each proposed Candidate under Lot 1 and Lot 2 during the total contract term. Each candidate proposed per Lot shall be available for a minimum of two hundred twenty (220) working days per calendar year TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA (for LOT 1 and LOT 2) 1. Ability of the proposed expert to work and communicate in English - Technical/professional qualification (Listening/Writing/Understanding) level - C1/B2/B2 SCORING TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT CRITERIA I. Lot 1: Five (5) developers: 1. Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering in a related field. Candidates with Masters degree in the relevant fields will be granted additional points 2. Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a full stack developer 3. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as Java software developer 4. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience with Spring boot 5. Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Hibernate 6. Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Scrum methodology and tools like Jira and BitBucket 7. Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with test frameworks such as Junit, Protractor and Playwright. 8. Professional experience with message brokers (e.g. ActiveMQ) 9. Professional experience as Angular 2+ and Typescript software developer 10. Experience in writing high-quality technical documentation (specifications, design document, test descriptions, user manual, etc 11. Good interpersonal and Team-working skills 12. Experience working in a multi-cultural team 13. Autonomy, hands-on-approach, communication and problem-solving I- Lot 2: One (1): Quality Assurance Engineer 1. Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering in a related field. Candidates with Masters degree in the relevant fields will be granted additional points 2. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation, demonstrating strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes 3. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, Postman, etc 4. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience with defect tracking with tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar 5. Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience in writing high-quality technical test documentation 6. Programming Languages: Experience with languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. 7. API Testing: Experience with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar 8. Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems like Git 9.
