Accident cause death 2. Accident that leads to medical expense 3. Accident that causes permanent disability or partial Health insurance o Health care service insurance in the package for: - Medical check-up USD 250 o OPD USD 200 - Hospital fee - Surgical fee - In-patient and out-patient - Emergency treatment accident case - etc. - Total staff: 28 - Total family members: 53 Study Quotation for: Option 1: Package covered USD 10,000 Option 2: Package covered USD 15,000 4.
