The assignment is open and equal to all firms that fulfil the requirements as set in ToRs and specialized in the relevant fields. The firms must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be in any of the blacklist records. The tender is composed of two proposals, one for technical and the second for financial proposals that shall be submitted together on the e-mail indicated below in One Single PDF document on the same day of deadline of submission. Note that, thesubject email should bear the reading(Dynamics 365 ERP Software).
