Well bounded and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one of them marked Original and one hard copy marked Copy of the bids. The bids shall be valid for a period of 14 days and should be submitted in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plcs Procurement Office not later than 01st/12/2025, at 02:00pm local time.
