The children are aged 3-7 years = 116, 8-12 years = 40, 13-21 years = 104 Those wishing to bid for this tender must meet the following requirements: A letter requesting a tender addressed to the head of EPADR Mahama Church Proforma invoice indicating the price of one and the total price for each category. Having a company in which they are registered with a TIN Number of RRA and TVA registered in the RDB. Having an Attestation of Non-Credit from RRA and RSSB not older than 3 months. Having a stamp issuing an EBM invoice. Acceptance of payment through OP, having an account in a bank that uses technology in the name of the Company is included in the documents. Having 3 certificates showing where the work was done correctly. Photocopy of the identity card of this company or a legally recognized replacement certificate. Visiting samples of the fabrics on the project and leaving a written and signed entry in the book because no one will be allowed to bid for this tender without visiting the samples.
