The Development Bank of Rwanda wishes to invite all interested, experienced and qualified bidders to submit their best proposals, for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of the proposed infrastructure as detailed in the following lots: Lot 1: Data Center Network Upgrade Lot 2: Unified Observability Solution.
