Tenders are invited for Supply of Tyres and Accessories Tender documents may be obtained from Forefront Services Ltd Head Office located at KN 8 Ave 78, Kacyiru, Gasabo District, Kigali, Rwanda in Procurement Office from 19/11/2025 during office hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) deposited on the account 20134644001 opened in I & M Bank. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes not later than 10th December 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late bids will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session in the Forefront services Ltds Head Office Board Room at 10:30am. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the submission deadline and must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount, issued by a reputable financial institution or insurance.
