Request for proposals for Construction of 1No. SENAPA Offices Bid Security (TZS) ,55000 000/- Bidders should attend the compulsory pre-bid meeting, which will be held on Tuesday, 16* December 2025 at 10:00 Hours at Fort Ikoma, Serengeti This will be followed by site visits departing from Fort Ikoma at 13:00 Hours. The costs for attending the site visit shall be at Bidders expense.The minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be shared with all bidders who would have purchased the Bidding Documents. A complete set of the bidding documents (in English) is available to interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Thousand only (TZS 100,000/=) or its equivalent in freely convertible currency for each package (per tender reference number). The method of payment will be through Control Number to be provided by the Procuring Entity to the Conservation Commissioner, TANAPA, Mwalimu J.K.
