The Client Needs To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Va Material In Plastic And Cast Iron, As Well As Water Meters. The Competition Is Carried Out As A Collaboration And Three (3) Contractual Relationships Are Established, One For Sandnes Municipality, One For Sola Municipality And One For Stavanger Municipality. If The Supplier Has Tools And Other Materials That Are Relevant In Connection With Installations That Use Va Material In Plastic And Cast Iron, The Principal Shall Be Able To Trade Such Goods Through This Agreement, But Shall Not Be An Obstacle To Entering Into Separate Agreements For Such Products.
