The Purpose Of This Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, On The Basis Of Which The University Of Tartu Can Order Maintenance And Development Services For The External Website Of The University Of Tartu Www.Ut.Ee, Its Approximately 57 Subdomains, And The Internal Website (Intranet) In Accordance With The Conditions Stated In The Procurement Documents (Including Appendix 1). The Start Date Of The Contract Stated In The Tender Notice Is Tentative And Is Not Legally Binding. The Period Of Performance Of The Framework Agreement Is 48 (Forty-Eight) Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement.
