The Subject Matter Of The Procurement Contract Is The Extension Of Validity And Upgrade Of The Existing Licenses (Standard Edition For 34 Technicians, Currently Valid Until 29.09.2028): Manageengine Servicedesk Plus Enterprise Edition – Subscription Model 46269.31S – Enterprise Upgrade For Thirty-Four (34) Technicians And 1000 It Assets, Including Product Support.The License Period Shall Run Until 29.09.2029.The Tenderer Is Obliged To Advise The Contracting Authority Regarding The Manufacturer’S Terms And Conditions Applicable To The Purchased Licenses And To Inform The Contracting Authority Of Any Changes To Such Terms And Conditions.The Tender Price Must Include Ensuring The Proper Functioning Of The Software So That The Contracting Authority Can Use It Effectively And Purposefully. The Software License Also Includes Software Updates And Product Support Provided By The Tenderer (In Estonian Or English, Monday To Friday, 09:00–17:00) Via Telephone, Ms Teams, And E-Mail.
